20230201 Pacific – Over the past couple of weeks members of the Northern Phoenix Council have been working with the CEO of Northern Phoenix Conglomerate to upgrade the Northern Phoenix Consulting team. The purpose is to create a consulting group to deal with fags in the workforce.
Headed by the Homosexual Chancellor, new policies have been outlined by the special committee on fighting faggotry. These procedures will be focused on how to find a fag and fire them. There are also hiring practices and finally Northern Phoenix Consulting hiring practices of consultants.
Starting with how to exorcise the fag. This is a list of questions that the consultant would ask the employee. An NDA will be required as the questions are very sensitive and the situation private. The consultant will only provide the final verdict and will not go into the private details of the employee. This will create unity within the workplace as they know that the ones fired were the ones creating that were creating the issues.
Using the processes for the exorcism, the next process is hiring new staff. This will also require an NDA, we’ll have a series of questions to ask the interviewee, and the conversation will be private. This will also create further bond between employers and employees as they know they have all had to go through the same process.
After creating the above procedures, the special committee has put forth what consultants need to be. These consultants must be strong of heart and able to stand and deliver. The special committee has come with two requirements of every consultant. The applicant must be Bisexual and certified Retarded. The Council has accepted that Bisexuality is superior to all sexualities. A Bisexual can make conclusions that could be biased due to the consultant’s heterosexual, or homosexual, beliefs. A certified Retard is required as some of these people, or complaints, can get angry or have some serious push back. We know that Retard rage is real, and the consultant will not problem defending themselves in a physical conflict. In the end, a Bisexual Retard is not afraid to stand up and remove the fag from the workforce.
Over the month of 2023 February Northern Phoenix conglomerate will be putting the hiring practices in place for consultants and we’ll be putting together standard operating procedures for combatting and removing fags. The schedule is to have all this in place by 2023 March.
